Fred Novick, Managing Director of The Novick Group, has been engaged in executive & professional recruiting since 1999, when he founded the firm to meet the highly specialized needs of world-class high technology, telecommunications, and semiconductor companies. In 2001, Fred led the firms' expansion into the emerging biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare industries.
Fred brings 25+ years of executive management, line management, and technology experience to the field of executive & professional recruiting. His experience as a "hiring manager" in emerging technology businesses and building several teams totaling more than 250 professionals has served him well to understand the needs and to closely partner with our clients, offering the highest quality of service. Freds technology background & experience has also afforded him a strong track record with even the most specialized technical & scientific searches.
