Fees: We are engaged by the employer. So there is no cost to candidates for our services.

Evaluating The Match: We won't waste your time with an opportunity that is not right for both yourself and for our client. If we don't think that you are right, we'll tell you early in the process. We know you are busy and don't want to distract from your "day job" if unnecessary .

Providing Meaningful Feedback: Candidates need to succeed or fail in the interviewing process on their own merit. However, when we can provide constructive inputs & feedback, we will definitely do so in a highly professional and constructive manner.
